I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. I placed an order 15 months ago, expecting my statue to arrive in 4 months. I paid €1,400, and now, nine months past the promised date, the statue has not been shipped. There’s no shipping date, tracking info, or any meaningful updates. For months, I was told it was 'almost ready' or 'shipping soon,' which turned out to be false. Customer support is inadequate, providing vague responses, standard excuses, and long delays in communication. To this day, they refuse to give any concrete info about my order. When I asked for a refund, their response was shocking: they want to keep 20% of my payment, claim refunds can take up to 90 days, and hide behind 'company policy' while delivering nothing. This behavior is unacceptable and abusive. Many others have faced similar issues, making this one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I advise everyone to avoid this company and protect your money.
