This company is completely unreliable. I preordered in 2022 for a release in late 2023, but now, in 2024, there’s been no communication or product. After finally contacting customer support, I received a vague response about shipping soon, with a new estimate pushed to mid-2024. Here we are in 2025, and they haven't shipped my item, refuse to refund, and have stopped responding altogether. This company needs to be held accountable.
