This company is a scam. My figure was supposed to ship from Europe but ended up being sent from China, increasing shipping fees. When it arrived, several pieces were broken. After a long wait, replacement parts were sent, but they were also damaged and in worse condition. As a long-time collector, this has been my worst experience. I've reached out multiple times with no response, and it's been months.
