I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They are untrustworthy with your money. I placed my order 15 months ago, expecting shipping within 4 months, but nine months later, nothing has been shipped. There’s no shipping date, tracking info, or updates. I was repeatedly told it was 'almost ready' or 'shipping soon'—all untrue. Customer support is lacking, with vague responses and long waits. They refuse to provide solid information regarding my order. When I requested a refund due to their failure, they shockingly want to keep 20% and claim refunds can take 90 days. This is completely unacceptable. Many others report similar issues, making this one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've encountered. Until they change their practices, I warn everyone to avoid them and protect your money.
