Ordered a C21 following reviews and you tube reports, the bike arrived quickly, very well packed and easy to put together following the Fiido video and others online, had a small issue with rear light not performing as it should however Fiido service responded very quickly to rectify. Have only tested bike up my drive 1/4 mile but impressed so far with performance and quality, the C21 is so light weight great for on my campervan tow ball rack.
