I bought a Fiido D11 bike, I've been using it for a month now and I'm really happy with it! I use it to commute to work in the city and I think it's the best solution.

Upon delivery, I had a problem with one of the components, so I contacted customer service, who responded quickly and solved the problem.

Really great service!

I have been a long-time Fiido user and rode my previous Fiido C21 for over 4,000 km within about 15 months of daily use.

During that time, I contacted Fiido customer support several times (charger replacement, general support, etc.), and each time the service was fast, professional, and solution-oriented.

Unfortunately, my previous bike was stolen, but I didn’t hesitate to purchase the same model again — mainly because of the bike itself, but also because of my very positive experience with Fiido’s customer service.

In my opinion, there is currently no better price-to-quality ratio in this class of e-bikes.

I would confidently recommend Fiido to anyone looking for a reliable and practical everyday e-bike.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand-new Fiido bike, but it was unusable immediately upon delivery. Multiple essential components had issues from the start, which should never happen with a new product.

After an internal review, Fiido acknowledged the situation and offered a solution involving replacement parts and reimbursement support. However, after waiting for the replacement parts to arrive and seeking a professional installation, I was later told by a different representative that the solution had changed. I was either expected to follow tutorial videos and carry out major replacements myself, or cover part of the installation costs for the replacement parts myself.

This inconsistency has been very frustrating and has made the process unnecessarily stressful.

I hope Fiido improves its quality control and provides clearer, more consistent support when customers receive defective products.

I ordered a cargobike along with the racks, and to this day, I have not received it. The excuses are always the same: delays due to the holidays, but I still haven't received a satisfactory response. Fantastic Bicycle Experience!

The bicycle is fantastic! I recently got a brand new model and it feels like a professional bike, very powerful. I use it for my daily commute and weekly shopping with a trailer attached, and it performs exceptionally well. So far, I have no complaints about this product. The shipping took a bit longer than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait and every penny spent. This bike is not just a new toy for me; it has become a necessity!

It's great for short to medium-distance daily trips. The range is influenced by factors like temperature, inclines, weight, wind, and tire pressure, but I’ve managed about 50 km using the three assistance levels simultaneously. The support team is very reliable and responsive, even during shipping delays. In today's world, electric mobility is essential, saving significantly on fuel and parking costs. I encourage you to buy this bike; it’s incredibly useful and I find myself using it constantly. I consider it a well-rounded e-bike, comparable to larger models but compact and suitable for adults of various sizes. Thank you to the company for their professionalism in the market; they are top-notch. They even provided a certificate of conformity, which is great for inspections.

I bought a very comfortable and smooth e-bike. It arrived in no time, in less than 7 days, although that may vary based on your location. The support team was also very helpful. The only drawback was that the assembly instructions could have been clearer.
