Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand-new Fiido bike, but it was unusable immediately upon delivery. Multiple essential components had issues from the start, which should never happen with a new product.
After an internal review, Fiido acknowledged the situation and offered a solution involving replacement parts and reimbursement support. However, after waiting for the replacement parts to arrive and seeking a professional installation, I was later told by a different representative that the solution had changed. I was either expected to follow tutorial videos and carry out major replacements myself, or cover part of the installation costs for the replacement parts myself.
This inconsistency has been very frustrating and has made the process unnecessarily stressful.
I hope Fiido improves its quality control and provides clearer, more consistent support when customers receive defective products.
