During that time, I contacted Fiido customer support several times (charger replacement, general support, etc.), and each time the service was fast, professional, and solution-oriented.
Unfortunately, my previous bike was stolen, but I didn’t hesitate to purchase the same model again — mainly because of the bike itself, but also because of my very positive experience with Fiido’s customer service.
In my opinion, there is currently no better price-to-quality ratio in this class of e-bikes.
