As an NGO, our interaction with the organization has been incredibly disappointing. After transferring a total of ₹1,88,800, we have only received ₹80,000 back, and that too after numerous follow-ups and considerable effort. This refund was processed last month, despite the initial payment being made in 2018. The outstanding balance has yet to be returned. We are consistently promised action, but nothing substantial occurs. Reviews online reflect similar grievances from other NGOs, suggesting a concerning trend. It's perplexing how some can label this organization as 'very good.' Our funds remain unreturned, and such conduct is completely unacceptable.
