As an NGO, our experience with this organization has been extremely disappointing. After transferring ₹1,88,800, we have received only ₹80,000 back after persistent follow-ups. This refund was processed last month, despite the original payment being made in 2018. The remaining amount is still outstanding. We are continuously promised action, but nothing concrete happens. Their online reviews reflect similar complaints from other NGOs, indicating a troubling trend. It is hard to understand how some people describe this organization as 'very good.' Our funds are still pending, and this behavior is unacceptable.

We established contact with the service in January 2025 for a CSR project. They onboarded us, and the verification process was completed. Numerous projects are currently underway. Since January, we have met with the donors twice in the capital. We remain hopeful that these meetings will yield positive outcomes and that we will secure the projects.
My NGO is satisfied with the services provided. We're working on building a strong portfolio that no company can overlook. Our focus is on environmental cleaning initiatives, and we've carried out numerous projects to clean rivers. We aim to collaborate with government forces alongside the service to create a larger societal impact. Thanks to the team for their guidance and support!

We had a productive meeting with key stakeholders, leading to securing a significant donor for distributing medical supplies to those in need.
