The worst airline experience I've had

This airline has been the worst I've encountered. They lost my luggage during a straightforward connecting flight, despite having over 90 minutes for the connection. It only got worse from there; my bag was never delivered during my vacation, ruining my trip. When they finally sent it to my home, they refused to deliver it to my doorstep. Their customer service is horrendous—unresponsive and disorganized, with no empathy or accountability. This airline clearly lacks the ability to handle baggage properly and treat customers with respect. I strongly advise against flying with them.
