DO NOT BOOK THIS AIRLINE, to start the infight wifi is a scam, says "graet for streming", but can only load youtube or netflix half the time and when it does its slow and constantly bufering. and they have to audacity to charge 10$ USD for something that sould be free wiht all the crap they try to sell you in there 'infight store'.

The food is also bland and sogy. they give you a "light supper" just to give you less food and cut costs. and for brackfast the staff did not even ask what a wanted and just gave me the pancakes (not what I wanted), and then the person behind me get what I wanted.

over all the airline is cuting cost and has lazy and poor servece, 1 star.

Terrible experience with the airline.

$250 fee for a name change that was free elsewhere

I waited 20 minutes at baggage check before receiving help with my bag. My travel agency had my name incorrectly listed. They charged me $250 to correct it, while another airline did it for free earlier that day. I know the booking service is at fault, but this $250 charge feels like robbery. I can't believe another company showed more compassion. I will do my best to avoid this airline in the future.

Feels like a budget airline with high prices

This airline continually disappoints. After flying with them for over a decade, I've seen a decline in service quality while prices keep rising. During boarding, they promoted their new service improvements, but it has only worsened. On my previous flight, I had a decent meal option, but on my recent trip back, the only choice was a small reheated frozen pizza and tiny drink cups. They seem to be aiming to be a budget airline while charging premium prices. Consider flying with a lower-cost carrier for long flights to Fiji.

Please avoid due to flight delays

I have flown with the airline twice in the last two years, and both times our flights were delayed at the airport. We missed our connecting flights from the USA to the UK and requested compensation, but they refused, claiming it wasn't booked under the same reservation. This is utterly unacceptable as the delays were caused by the airline. If possible, try to avoid them.

Timeliness is important for everyone

I'm currently sitting on the plane, still waiting for a missing passenger 30 minutes after the scheduled departure. If 120 other passengers can board on time, why should one person cause such a long delay? It's quite inappropriate.

Do not book with this airline

Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking with this airline. We tried to return from one destination to another, but they canceled one leg of our trip. After calling multiple times, they kept putting us on hold and then hanging up. We had to find an alternative route home, which cost us a lot of money. I do not recommend this airline!

The worst airline experience I've had

This airline has been the worst I've encountered. They lost my luggage during a straightforward connecting flight, despite having over 90 minutes for the connection. It only got worse from there; my bag was never delivered during my vacation, ruining my trip. When they finally sent it to my home, they refused to deliver it to my doorstep. Their customer service is horrendous—unresponsive and disorganized, with no empathy or accountability. This airline clearly lacks the ability to handle baggage properly and treat customers with respect. I strongly advise against flying with them.

Flight was okay, but support staff were not

The flight itself was satisfactory, but I encountered issues with booking through another airline, which included seat selection. There were persistent problems with their app, and when I sought assistance, I ended up incurring hefty international calling fees. They informed me that I would have to pay extra to choose my seats, even though that was supposed to be included. While the plane was fine, the customer support was lacking, and now I have to dispute these charges.
