We’ve tried this kava three times, increasing the amount each time, and it had no effect! I reached out for help but received no reply. I left a message and still heard nothing! There’s no guidance on the packaging. I believe kava can be effective, but not with this specific brand. This company seems to prioritize profit over quality. Don’t fall for their advertising; look for a stronger and more reputable kava instead. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.
