I've used kava quite a bit over the past year and find it effective when I take two cups, each with two dessert spoons of kava, on an empty stomach. It definitely provides a calming and euphoric effect, but you need to take a sufficient amount. It takes time for your body to adjust, similar to adaptogenic herbs. Initially, I thought I had been scammed due to a missed shipment and no confirmation email, but they clarified that I had made a small typo in my email. They confirmed the tracking, and my product is at a local post office. Overall, a good product, though the taste isn't great—just pair it with something nice for a relaxing experience! :)

I take kava first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and it’s surprisingly calming. The effects kick in almost immediately and last for about two hours. I also have it at night before bed and sleep well without feeling groggy the next morning. It’s a fantastic product that truly works.
