I was impressed by the responsiveness when enquiring to rent, extremely helpful answering any questions I had and made the overall move worry-free.I have found the team, in particular Sam and Kiera who I mostly interacted with, extremely professional and swift with their actions to quickly resolve any issues experienced. They even responded to my emails late in the evening, including weekends, showing their dedication to providing a high-quality service. There was this one occasion where I needed to call for an emergency past midnight, and the team called back almost immediately to deal with the situation.They have an app in place with built-in functionalities for communicating announcements, monitoring and logging issues, storing important documentation, and payment reminders. It is clear a lot of thought has gone into their processes to providing a positive tenant experience.I would highly recommend Fika Co-Living!
