I've had a fantastic experience renting from Fika Co-Living. The customer service was really good, always getting quick responses and they were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the tenancy even up to the very end.
Tenant of almost 2 years living in one of Fika Co-Living properties they manage. I was impressed by the responsiveness when enquiring to rent, extremely helpful answering any questions I had and made the overall move worry-free.I have found the team, in particular Sam and Kiera who I mostly interacted with, extremely professional and swift with their actions to quickly resolve any issues experienced. They even responded to my emails late in the evening, including weekends, showing their dedication to providing a high-quality service. There was this one occasion where I needed to call for an emergency past midnight, and the team called back almost immediately to deal with the situation.They have an app in place with built-in functionalities for communicating announcements, monitoring and logging issues, storing important documentation, and payment reminders. It is clear a lot of thought has gone into their processes to providing a positive tenant experience.I would highly recommend Fika Co-Living!

Been a tenant for a property they manage for over a year. Great experience overall. Kiera was top of everything. The app functionality was seamless for logging monitoring. The response time was incredibly quick including weekends! Whenever we had any issues, the team was able to provide support in a timely manner. We had to delay our move out at the very last minute and the team were very considerate and made communication with the landlord very swift and effective to make sure we got our additional days before our new property was ready to move in.
