I took out a lifetime subscription. For the first two years, reliability was around 90%. Then there were more and more download errors and files that disappeared.I assume that FileFactory has outdated hardware and poor service.I cannot recommend FileFactory as a backup platform!2025-11-11ftp.filefactory.com responds to ping but no login possible.ftp2.filefactory.com does not respond to ping.The site is now fake.
