Initially, this service seemed ideal for downloading footage, as it was reliable and user-friendly. However, I soon noticed that it was often very slow. At times, downloads would be quick, but other times the speeds would drop significantly without any reason. Other services like Google Drive and Dropbox would perform well, while this one would lag considerably. I tried it on various computers over the following months and experienced similar issues. Eventually, I canceled and switched to a different service that connects to my cloud storage, which is significantly faster. After not using it for a few months, I needed to download some files through this service again. Despite having a fast fiber internet connection, it estimated a nine-hour download time for a folder, while another service could do it in about 75-90 minutes. This is why I stopped using it.
