Very sluggish file sharing platform

Initially, this service seemed ideal for downloading footage, as it was reliable and user-friendly. However, I soon noticed that it was often very slow. At times, downloads would be quick, but other times the speeds would drop significantly without any reason. Other services like Google Drive and Dropbox would perform well, while this one would lag considerably. I tried it on various computers over the following months and experienced similar issues. Eventually, I canceled and switched to a different service that connects to my cloud storage, which is significantly faster. After not using it for a few months, I needed to download some files through this service again. Despite having a fast fiber internet connection, it estimated a nine-hour download time for a folder, while another service could do it in about 75-90 minutes. This is why I stopped using it.

With rising costs, I've noticed more bugs and performance issues in the last year and a half. The most concerning aspect is hardware issues that can render files inaccessible for long periods, which is particularly frustrating for urgent client projects. There have been times when files couldn't be downloaded at all, with no immediate solution available, which is unacceptable when deadlines are critical. Although customer service is responsive, the limited hours of email support based on a specific time zone hinder quick resolutions. I would suggest looking into other file transfer options if managing important files.

Reliable and efficient service
