A few days ago, I used this website to edit a file and paid for a one-time download. I did not sign up for any subscription. Today, I was unexpectedly charged £46.45 for a subscription I never agreed to.This is very misleading and feels like a deceptive charging practice. There was no clear information indicating that my payment would turn into a recurring subscription.I have already requested a refund and cancellation. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this service.
