I did not approve the subscription. I have been charged twice (for December and January) without my consent. At no time did I intentionally register on the platform or authorize any payments. What you are doing is deceptive: you claim that registration is free for a limited period, yet even after cancellation, the subscription remains active and charges continue. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of the charged amount and written confirmation that my account has been permanently deleted. I expect a prompt response.
I was surprised to find a $50 charge from the company after what I thought was just a single use of their PDF editor. I never intended to sign up for a subscription, nor did I use the service beyond that first attempt. When I reached out to the support team, they acknowledged the confusion and switched my account to a 'lifetime free plan,' but they refused to issue a refund for the charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They advertised a one-time fee, but I was unexpectedly enrolled in a monthly subscription that I never agreed to or authorized. Like others have mentioned, this is a SCAM!!!
Scammers Alert. I purchased a one-time service for a small fee, but three days later they charged me a significantly higher amount. I didn't realize until later that they had charged me again. They took a total of 1100 from me. When I reached out, they claimed their policy only allowed a refund of the most recent payment. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM.
