I did not approve the subscription. I have been charged twice (for December and January) without my consent. At no time did I intentionally register on the platform or authorize any payments. What you are doing is deceptive: you claim that registration is free for a limited period, yet even after cancellation, the subscription remains active and charges continue. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of the charged amount and written confirmation that my account has been permanently deleted. I expect a prompt response.
