This is a scam website who offer a single document service (pay once, no subscription $1.45 per document + 3 days access) then they sign you up to an extremely expensive subscription with no notification using the payment details entered.
This site has emailed me that they have now "given" me lifetime free access to their site with no offer of a refund for the money fraudulantly taken from my account (over $70 aud) and even suggesting I misread the original offer. I have screenshots of what I agreed to and no where in the process are the words "trial" or "subscription"
They have not "given"me lifetime free access, they have charged me over $70aud for it without my permission.
I do not want access to this dodgy, untrustworthy site and will never upload my personal documents here again as they have proven to be untrustworthy.
I want a refund.
