Review Time
I canceled my trial after just one day, well within the trial period, but I was still charged the full amount.
When I checked the dashboard, it showed that the cancellation was not completed. Customer service then told me that I must not have read the instructions properly. However, I clearly canceled the subscription, and regardless of what the dashboard later showed, I was still charged after taking action to cancel.
While the product itself was decent, the billing process and handling of the cancellation were frustrating and concerning. I recommend taking screenshots and documenting every step if you decide to sign up.
It was OK - it doesn't tell you that it will cost you £££ until the very end and after you have made your edits.
THEN - even after payment it forces you to leave this reviewand youcan't access your document until AFTER you have done it!
Scam artists. Sell you a one dollar product then force you to leave a positive review to download your file, then send you a 49.99 dollar subscription charge 2 days later. Absolute scam artists. Do not use their service for any reason. I can't believe they're allowed to operate.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Does the job it's designed to do and is much cheaper than an Adobe subscription for light users. A star off for not making it clear that there'd be a charge until after I'd worked on the document and wanted to downliad it.
I have already contacted the merchant and their website is unresponsive. I pay for a pdf for the purpose of applying for a job to update my resume but things out that I became poorer by using this website. It was stated on the website that the pdf was only 80 pesos and can be used for 3 days. However, after how many days, I was charged 2750 and last night I was charged again 2750. I didn't sign up for a subscription and yet they are still charging me.
I wish they wouldn't falsely advertise that it is free and then make you pay. I already pay for Adobe! I don;t want to have to go back through and do all my revisions again though! Super annoying that you have to leave a review after using it for 5 mins in order to download your document too.
Simple to use and good tools. Was easy to figure out. What i didnt like is that its advertised as free, but when you try to download a payment option pops up. I don't mind paying, but dont mislead me and make me complete a 20 minute document only to find out its not free.
I love that it's not just generic resumes that can be built and you guys really go in depth with the customization. The cover letter perks are a huge help as well. even the stuff that was charged, it wasn't too bad
50$ went off my balance 2 days after I paid a "one-time fee" of around 1$ (I'm translating my local currency to $ so might be slightly off)
The thing is, they didn't notify about that, neither did they accept my request for refund. I'm currently talking to my bank to prevent these scammers from receiving any penny.
Most reviews here are typical-template fakes, don't make that trust them like it did for me. Be aware.
