Communication with the company is really poor, bear in mind these are cheap watches made in China, not HK. The watch feels ok, but the second hand doesn't work on either watch I received. Also, I was charged additional fees for shipping which was never disclosed. I don't feel this was a good purchase and wouldn't recommend to people either.
