This company SUCKS. They sent me the wrong watch and refused to rectify their mistake - prolonging emails and stringing me along for months. I was also very disappointed in the quality. I got two watches: neither of them tick or actually work as a watch. And the quality is very poor (their bands are cheap feeling and looking). And minor details of the watches are off making it look like a cheap chinese remake, rather than a high-end watch. I would avoid this company at all costs.
I provided all the information on November 22. Enough delays—send the watch I ordered! This service is a total SCAM! This service is the Grinch! Avoid their poor-quality watches! They refuse to send me the one I purchased, and no one should ever spend money with them. Fire the representative from support; they are unhelpful! Reply from the support team

Here to update on my watch, I’m 30 attempts in and they won’t send it or refund. My order number is FL77768 , and the support rep handling this is named Ashley. They must have only one employee because I can’t get it escalated to their leadership team about this
Good evening,The experience was terrible, if I knew it would be like this I would not order again, first of all I thought that the products came from Italy and to my disappointment they came from China, the people from FedEx called me for the delivery to pay the customs duties which were half of the price of the package, so I paid 200 or so euros for the products and the customs duties were 100 euros, it seems to me a joke and a lack of respect! I placed an order with you in the past and I didn't have this problem, now I don't know why you send the products from China
I’m very frustrated with the ordering process. It’s been two weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. After a week, I reached out to check the status and was told it was still being processed. When I finally received tracking information, I noticed it was being shipped to a completely different address on the opposite side of the country. I contacted customer service again, provided a copy of my order showing the correct address, and was told the issue would be updated and I’d receive new tracking details.Still have not received my order.
