I give them 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! Avoid ordering from this website! They only care about money; once it’s shipped, they wash their hands of any issues. My package got stuck at customs because they sent empty bottles, and they didn’t assist me at all. I was told to drive almost 3 hours to resolve it with FedEx myself. They should have contacted them since they are the seller and I’m the customer. As a client, I lack the power they have! I was also advised to keep calling FedEx, which I already did multiple times. I paid taxes, and the package was supposed to arrive by September 9, but it got stuck on September 5! Order placed on August 31. I'm facing a loss of almost 300 euros plus taxes. This was my first and last order with them! Completely fake!
