I have to admit, I approached this order with some apprehension. My usual supplier was unavailable, and ordering from an unfamiliar wholesaler was nerve-wracking, especially after reading mixed reviews. However, I needed my products, so I took the plunge. Honestly, I’m impressed. From the beginning, communication was smooth and professional, which was very reassuring. The customer service team was on point — quick replies, clear information, and no hassle. Then the shipping… just 3 DAYS! I was not expecting that speed at all. When the package arrived, everything was secure and tidy, just as you’d want for medical aesthetic products. I haven’t used the items yet, so I’ll hold off on commenting on the product itself, but the overall experience was exceptional — much better than I anticipated from a new supplier. Despite my initial doubts, I’m already planning to place another order this week. If you’re uncertain, this might help — so far, they have delivered on their promises. I give them 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! Avoid ordering from this website! They only care about money; once it’s shipped, they wash their hands of any issues. My package got stuck at customs because they sent empty bottles, and they didn’t assist me at all. I was told to drive almost 3 hours to resolve it with FedEx myself. They should have contacted them since they are the seller and I’m the customer. As a client, I lack the power they have! I was also advised to keep calling FedEx, which I already did multiple times. I paid taxes, and the package was supposed to arrive by September 9, but it got stuck on September 5! Order placed on August 31. I'm facing a loss of almost 300 euros plus taxes. This was my first and last order with them! Completely fake!
I received some products from them, and they were not satisfactory. I’m not sure if they stored them improperly or if it was just a bad batch, but I’ve never had issues with other suppliers. I tried to request a replacement, refund, or store credit, but they refused. I can’t trust a company that sells subpar products. I recommend sticking to reputable sites. I really hoped they would be good, but I’ll return to my regular suppliers. By the way, I know several prominent influencers who have never heard of this company and will avoid them now as well.
