I have to say I was very skeptical about buying more boots, but in all honesty that is what I wear most of the year. I have bought Hermes, and Christian Louboutin boots, and never found them comfortable. I was totally excited when I stumbled across the Fillies, and Boots web site. The Customer Service is absolutely stellar, and so patient working with me to make sure I got everything right. The boots even shipped, and arrived a week earlier than I expected. I asked many questions, and never felt like I do so often on other web sites, or in stores from sales reps, pressured to make a decision. I immediately put the boots on, and ran out of the house to do holiday shopping, and cooking with my daughter. So I wore them the entire day and actually fell asleep with them on. I think that speaks for the boots themself when they are brand new, you can wear them the entire day while on your feet, and then sleep with them on. My feet never hurt. The leather is so soft, and the color matches my purse perfectly. I was buying for my capsule wardrobe, and these are bang on. So what did I do when I woke up, I ordered 2 more pairs of boots.
