There is no customer service at all
Products are expensive which is ok when the quality is good and the service is there when needed.
I received a pair which was very poor quality and after trying to reach their customer service by emailing several times to their support email adress I did not receive any answer at all.
Very bad. Please do not order here if you do not like to take a gamble. If something goes wrong there is nobody at this company who will even take to opportunity to answer you.
