I’m very disappointed with the quality. I owned two pairs of sneakers over about two years, and both had the same issue — the inner heel tore apart in less than a year of light use. With my first pair, I reached out to customer support with photos and proof of purchase, but never received a response. I liked the design and comfort, so I bought another pair, but encountered the same problem. The inner heel started tearing again this summer. As a loyal customer since 2015, having owned five pairs, it seems the quality has declined. For shoes at this price, I expected much better durability and customer service. Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star here.
