As a festival organizer, I want to share my experience. Our festival hosted a public screening on July 15, and everything proceeded as planned. The event saw attendance from guests and winners, and we provided complete documentation to the platform, including photos and an official venue rental invoice. At that time, support confirmed everything was in order. However, about six months later, the festival was marked as non-public due to an allegation regarding the venue being falsified. Despite my repeated submissions of evidence (photos, invoice, and email correspondence) and requests for clarification, this documentation was rejected, and no specific evidence for the allegation was provided. I share this to emphasize the need for clear communication and transparent verification processes for festival organizers.
