Using the software for about a year now with no real issues. Encountered a bit of an upgrade problem after a computer change. Software performed as required but the program no longer received and installed any new software upgrades. Contacted customer support and was provided with a new download link with a newer software version. After installing the upgraded version automatic updates are being received and installed again.
