They sent me a number of emails asking me to renew, then the emails changed to we are going to auto renew you - which i didn't spot, until they charged me, so I requested a refund because I didn't need the service anymore - through a bot who repeated lines to take about cancellations of auto renewals i.e "We will charge you through auto renew unless you cancel, even through you were unaware that this is what we planned to do & our policy is no refund for an auto renewal"! Most reputable companies will refund you if you don't need the service - but not this one, which I believe to be unethical!This auto renewal scam has completely changed my relationship and trust of this company and products. Why do this - if people want to renew your services let them do it through choice not force!!!!!AVOID this company a complete SCAM!!!!!
