oh, I so wish I checked the reviews before using this scam of a product...Absolute SCAM! They tell you to purchase something with a free 7-day trial, only for you to find out that you're being charged immediately. Tell me: what other application or product does that? And when you reach out to support, they try to justify it by pointing to their refund policy??? What kind of policy are you talking about when you've misled users from the start?Just for context: I was using this for a volunteer project, and was planning to use the first watermark-free download, as the in-app guide clearly stated. After completing the project and already being tight on the submission deadline, I decided to purchase, trusting I could use the 7-day trial and cancel afterward. I was even planning to use this for my personal projects later on (on a purchased plan as it seemed to be quite easy to use and etc). Well, that's definitely not happening now, LOL. Misleading users? ✅ Empathy or understanding from customer service? ❌I’ll definitely find a better fit with honest pricing and transparent charges for my future projects.
