I have been using Filmora for over a decade because my ex partner introduced me to the brand and I needed something I could use easily to create videos.The experience has been, in general, very painful.Customer service is pretty unhelpful and I suspect I have two paid accounts with them but have been able to get to the bottom of this (I have health problems and get confused sometimes).Over the years, they have added more and more things which you have to pay for in order for them to work and every time I accept an update it causes me such issues that today I refused to let the new version download. I originally bought a lifetime subscription but they have charged me repeatedly.Honestly, if this product was free I wouldn't mind but we all PAY for just the very basics and it feels like the people who make Filmora just care about getting as much money out of their customers with as little effort as possible.
