My Filmora 15 dashboard explicitly shows "Unlimited" expiration for my services, yet the software is currently blocking my exports with a paywall. This is a database entitlement error. My contract includes "Lifetime" entitlements and specific Founder privileges that differentiate it from a standard perpetual license. By stripping these privileges from my account in your database, Wondershare is in Breach of Contract.2. Unilateral Contract Alteration: Confirming that I have a "perpetual license" while ignoring the "Founder" tier is a deceptive practice. You have unilaterally altered the terms of my 2020 agreement. Under consumer protection laws, you cannot retroactively downgrade a "Lifetime" or "Founder" status once the consideration (payment) has been made.3. They are holding my Founder features hostage for monthly credits. ===================================UPDATE:Wondershare has now replied publicly. However, the response does not address the core issue raised in my review — namely the post-purchase restriction and monetisation of assets and features that were marketed as included with a Lifetime licence.The reply does not clarify which assets are included for Lifetime users, how AI credit gating aligns with earlier representations, or how “lifetime” is now defined in practical terms. As such, the underlying concern remains unresolved. This matter has now reached deadlock. In the absence of a substantive resolution or clarification, the issue is being prepared for submission to the relevant UK consumer regulators (CMA / DMCC) for independent review.
