This is a great service, I receive multiple filters for both air and refrigerator on a routine schedule and this helps to keep my house maintenance up-to-date without my having to remember everything.
They use aftership for package tracking which is helpful but doesn't give "live" updates or text updates on status of deliveries as well as other services do. Anticipation of deliveries is important in my neighborhood as porch piracy is an issue in my city.
