This is a great service, I receive multiple filters for both air and refrigerator on a routine schedule and this helps to keep my house maintenance up-to-date without my having to remember everything.
They use aftership for package tracking which is helpful but doesn't give "live" updates or text updates on status of deliveries as well as other services do. Anticipation of deliveries is important in my neighborhood as porch piracy is an issue in my city.
Would recommend filter easy to others.
For just about the same amount of money I can have these delivered to my front door and that saves me time from driving to hardware store and then back home and trying to remember yet one more thing to do every month. This is by far the best way to keep my furnace life healthy and to make my days easy. The new one arrives I put it in and done.. I forget about it till the new one arrives. Everything was going well until i didn’t receive my scheduled filter. Using USPS isn’t the best as sometimes delivery doesn’t happen. Well… that finally happened. I would hope you would track your packages for delivery status ensuring that the items were delivered. I should have received my filter over 3 weeks ago and nothing yet.
