Really not impressed. Was told that they could help me with all kinds of things. Then after I have signed a one year contract, they tell me that they can help but it will be a lot more money. The customer service was very unprofessional. Emails started with "hey". When I asked questions, they didn't seem willing to help me understand. Why would they? I'm locked in for a year. If I cancel, it's going to cost me 3 months in fees. I don't think that they are even doing the bare minimum for me, but I'm stuck with them. I'm so frustrated right now! I want my books done correctly. I want help making sure that everything is set up correctly. But I'm stuck with these clowns
