Highly disappointing experience. Initially, I was told they do not accept American Express. Seriously, a car rental service doesn't accept American Express? As a result, I had to use my VISA Debit Card, which required additional insurance. They promised a refund once my insurance was approved by the unavailable manager. Ultimately, I received no refund and feel completely cheated in retrospect. I strongly advise against renting from this service.
