I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car rental service due to very poor customer support. They explicitly informed me that I could rent a vehicle using just a photo of my driver’s license. Based on that information, I arranged my plans. However, right before my rental time, they abruptly canceled my reservation, stating that a physical card was necessary. This sudden change created a challenging situation for me. If this is their policy, they should have communicated it earlier. Such miscommunication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable assistance.
Highly disappointing experience. Initially, I was told they do not accept American Express. Seriously, a car rental service doesn't accept American Express? As a result, I had to use my VISA Debit Card, which required additional insurance. They promised a refund once my insurance was approved by the unavailable manager. Ultimately, I received no refund and feel completely cheated in retrospect. I strongly advise against renting from this service.
Exceptional service. The shuttle from the airport was flawless. The staff was friendly and very responsive. The car was in pristine condition and well-equipped. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and will definitely choose them again when flying into the area.
Nowhere on their website does it mention that additional insurance must be activated for at least 30 days. We obtained the insurance, but at check-in, they informed us we owed $1200 because we hadn't had the coverage for that long, but they would lower it to $950. Complete scam! Avoid this service!
