I had an awful experience with this service. The customer support relies on AI, which only offers automated responses. The app was completely nonfunctional, crashing during my interview and making everything worse! The AI's response time was extremely slow, and it struggled to read documents accurately, leading to misleading information. Even as of 2026, the issues persist. I strongly suggest choosing alternative services instead. Additionally, they denied my refund request because the three-day window had expired, despite me reaching out within five days. It's been a frustrating ordeal. I'm currently working with my bank to investigate and initiate a chargeback as the service was entirely unusable. Their only response was to propose a meeting to help set up the app, but that's not helpful when it already jeopardized a valuable opportunity. The price is unjustifiable for such poor service. If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this service and opting for better alternatives.
FinalRound AI is an interesting and useful tool for interview prep, the instant insights and shortcuts save a lot of time. However, it could still improve in explaining complex logic and adapting to non-standard coding styles.That said, it’s one of the few tools that actually helps you think like an interviewer while coding. I’d say it’s worth trying, especially if you’re preparing for system design or algorithm interviews.
I had an interview yesterday, but I had some unexpected experience. During the interview you have two windows with two AI Chats: ChatGPT was working good but the second chat Gimini wasn't working. Also, it would be nice to include the button for generation the answers to give all control to the client hands. Every 5-10 or 20 seconds the application generates answers that makes bad experience. Every word like Mmm-mm also sends to the ChatGPT and it generates some answers or comments. It's REALLY uncomfortable. Also, it would be nice to have, maybe, temporary archive (approximately, 20-30 days) with all interview: questions and answers from AI. The summary for all questions is great. I hope that Final Round AI team will analys my experience and make some improvements.
The advanced AI stealth mode in the final round is impressive. Trust me, it functions exceptionally for screening, and the new stealth mode worked after some initial hiccup in the coding section trial . If you need to share your screen, you should do so from your phone.
