The app was completely nonfunctional, crashing during my interview and making everything worse! The AI's response time was extremely slow, and it struggled to read documents accurately, leading to misleading information. Even as of 2026, the issues persist. I strongly suggest choosing alternative services instead. Additionally, they denied my refund request because the three-day window had expired, despite me reaching out within five days. It's been a frustrating ordeal. I'm currently working with my bank to investigate and initiate a chargeback as the service was entirely unusable. Their only response was to propose a meeting to help set up the app, but that's not helpful when it already jeopardized a valuable opportunity. The price is unjustifiable for such poor service. If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this service and opting for better alternatives.
