I give them below zero if I could.This is a ridiculous app, that came out whilst trying to pay for a car park in Leeds. I was in a rush and getting late for work when I tried to pay for car park, debited my account 60pence when in realize that this is not the correct app for parking payment. I had a busy shift so completely forgot checking my account on same day. The following day I had payment of 29.95£ in my account. This prompt me to check this and turned out to be a subscription fee. I cancel the subscription straight away proving that i do not have the intention to used this App. I was late 2 hrs passed the apparent 24hr trial period. I demand a refund in which they refused. In my view customers who do not require the service should have consideration of a refund. Clearly all of us who has done the same mistake felt like we have been rip off. Easy money for this company. how can they sleep at nigh by scamming the vulnerable. I will fight for my right and will continue to ask for a refund. why should I be force to use the service that i do not need! I am not a hiker or a traveller. i was just trying to pay for my car park!
