On Dec. 12, I placed an order on this platform with a confirmation number, but that's where the process ends! I've contacted the support team with no response. Now, on Dec. 21, I realize this order will not arrive in time for holiday gifting, if at all. After reading various reviews, I'm baffled that this platform is still operational. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I cannot review the product since I have yet to receive it.
