SCAMMERS.
I ordered a quilted laundry basket. Took forever to arrive (realized too late from China). The laundry basket is NOT quilted, seam is coming apart. Was to be a gift. No refund yet, 15% off next order. I wouldn’t buy from them again if they were the only ones having what I wanted. This company needs to be shut down.
Ordered 3 bags because they looked really cute. Beginning of Jan. I complained and received one bag. The other 2 never arrived. I have already paid for them via Paypal. Real scam I am thinking. Please don't fall for it. THey told me that the bags were in transit and gave me a tracking number that I just noticed had a date in the year 2022!!!
I would give no stars if I could.
1.package arrived way past Christmas although I ordered in early November.
2. The items looks different than the website represented.
3. My emails were always answered by a 3rd party called Silver City.
4.They asked for all kinds of proof of purchase which I sent exactly as they asked.
5. I tried to return but they refuse to give my money back even thought it states 90 day money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied.
I cannot recommend them to anyone.
On Dec. 12, I placed an order on this platform with a confirmation number, but that's where the process ends! I've contacted the support team with no response. Now, on Dec. 21, I realize this order will not arrive in time for holiday gifting, if at all. After reading various reviews, I'm baffled that this platform is still operational. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I cannot review the product since I have yet to receive it.
I still haven't received the items I ordered, and after reading the reviews, I'm doubtful I'll be able to give them as gifts. The real question is why this platform is still able to deceive customers. They should be banned. I've learned to only shop with trusted sites or local businesses.
Be cautious when buying from this platform. I usually check online companies before making a purchase, but I didn't this time when ordering a set of holiday decorations. They are poorly made and not at all what I expected, and I had to wait an eternity to receive them. That's my fault for not checking the company first. Don't repeat my mistake!
Regrettably, I didn't check reviews before placing my order. I ordered something for the holidays, and it hasn't arrived in 9 days. When I tried to track it on the website, I found I couldn't! With only 5 days left, I'm worried it won't arrive in time. There's no phone number to call, and I can't confirm if it has even shipped. BE CAUTIOUS!
