I ordered a crimson coat from a seller about a week ago, and it arrived quickly. However, when I opened the package, I realized the coat was not only different but also of much lower quality than what was advertised. I attempted to return it for a refund, but now I'm getting the run-around with offers of credits instead. If I want to return the coat, I’m told I must pay a steep shipping fee. I've reported this seller to the appropriate authorities. I wish I could share images comparing the advertised coat to what I received. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; their practices are questionable, and customer service is lacking.
