A Warning – Don't Waste Your Money Here

A warning – don't waste your money here. If I could give this service zero stars, I would. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. We signed up with hopes of receiving quality leads and marketing support, but instead, we got spam and no return on investment. After months of poor performance, we requested to cancel or modify our subscription. We were told our account would be paused while the issue was addressed, yet we kept receiving invoices and late fees. The only communication we had was from billing, trying to collect payments for charges that should have been paused. When we tried to escalate the issue, we found out our representative had left without any notification. Despite multiple emails requesting a call to resolve this, we received no response. The lack of communication is staggering. Our independent review confirmed that this service provided no value and only frustration. I would advise other firms to avoid this company. They do not deliver on their promises and ignore your attempts to resolve issues. This experience has been extremely disappointing and poorly managed.

I interacted with the service and found that the reviews are controlled by the attorneys. A poor attorney can effectively hide negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend using this service to find an attorney.

Avoid this service at all costs!

Avoid this service at all costs! They shut down our website without any communication, despite us spending thousands weekly on advertising. It all started with them promising great results, but we saw no increase in web traffic. I had requested to have input on the articles they produced, but after a year, they never communicated with me. After several months of no progress, I contacted them for an adjustment, and to my shock, I found they had simply shut everything down. We lost all our work and online ranking. Save your practice and avoid wasting money on such a callous company. There are better options available for website services.
