I worked for FMMV as a direct customer service employee (not a self employed driver), since May 2025 we began receiving payments late/in part - this ultimately became the reason I resigned, as they had ZERO decency in letting us know beforehand that this would be the case, we would have to wait until after payday and then somehow pluck up the courage to ask them when we would be paid days later. The stress of this month to month not knowing if we could pay our bills, and if you’ve been in this position before you know how awkward it is having to ask your boss that you see on a daily basis for payment. I am writing this now because they have completely ignored me for nearly 16 weeks for the simply request of my payslips and P45, which is their legal duty and leaving reviews for the public to see is likely the only way I will get a response. There is so much more to this that I could say, but for now I will leave it at this. Please provide me with what I have requested.
